I was commisioned to create a moving wall art for the city of Helsinki, as their new city hall had undergone a renovation. Lucid Helsinki contacted selected visual artists and designers and I was honored to be one of them.

I wanted to convey the climate change impact of the city by linking household energy consumption and using that as a driver for forms and animaton. The animation painted the city in birds eye view. The buildings are comprised of abstract, undulating extrusions.
